Appointed Director of Finance in April 2024, Kin Tsang joined the hotel in March 2023 as Assistant Director of Finance. Previously, he was the Assistant Regional Director of Finance for The Economist Group (Asia-Pacific) Ltd, from 2015 to 2021 and, subsequently, served as a consultant. He is a certified public accountant and earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accounting at the University of Florida.
Tsang has served in various financial leadership positions in the hospitality industry, including W Guangzhou Hotel, Sheraton Shanghai Pudong Complex Hotel, and Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers.
Rainell Mano, named Director of Sales, Marketing & Events in 2026, brings more than 25 years of hospitality experience to Lotte Hotel Seattle. In her role, she oversees sales, marketing, and events, with a focus on strengthening partnerships, elevating the customer experience, and driving the hotel’s continued growth.
Born and raised in Hawai‘i, Mano has held senior leadership positions with some of the hospitality industry’s most recognized luxury brands and organizations including The Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Outrigger Hospitality Group, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International, and PRA Business Events.
Named Director of Engineering in October 2023, Kirk Andersen oversees the hotel’s R&M, capital, and security operations. His career spans 25 years in facility management, including previous positions at Jackson Hewitt, where he managed 840 store locations and their construction program.
Andersen holds a B.A. in Business Administration and an M.B.A. from Columbia College, and a Master’s in Construction Management from New England Institute of Technology.
