We offer valet parking on property and street parking is also available. Valet parking rates are:

3 hours - $32
4 - 5 hours - $40
5 - 6 hours - $50
6+ hours and overnight - $72

The height limit of our parking garage is 6'6".

Yes, Lotte Hotel Seattle welcomes dogs that weigh under 40 pounds. A pet fee of $100 per stay applies, and includes a dog bed, food and water bowls, waste disposal bags, and dog treats. We offer a Puppy Pampering package with plenty of perks and amenities for your four-legged friend.

Lotte Hotel Seattle is delighted to welcome you and your canine traveling companion! For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly request that all pet owners act responsibly, following the hotel’s pet policy listed below.

A one-time pet fee of $100 will be applied towards your stay.
Your dog(s) should be under our weight-limit of 40lbs.
Your dog(s) should be leashed at all times in the hotel’s public areas.
Dog(s) are not allowed in our food & beverage outlets or spa & fitness center areas.
Guests should not leave their dog(s) unattended in the guest room.
Guests are responsible for pet waste clean-up inside the hotel and throughout the property grounds.
Guests are responsible for all personal injuries and/or property damage related to their dog(s).
Guests agree to indemnify Lotte Hotel Seattle, its operators, owners and respective affiliates, for all liability and/or damage suffered as a result of their dog(s).
Lotte Hotel Seattle reserves the right to take any necessary action with guests if dog(s) are noisy or disruptive to other guests in the hotel.

It is also our priority to provide a safe and enjoyable experience with your pet(s) during your stay. Lotte Hotel Seattle also offers the following pet amenities based upon request. Kindly note, these amenities are subject to availability through our Housekeeping Department.

Urban Experience Fee is $25 USD per room, per night (plus tax). The fee includes access to an array of thoughtful amenities to elevate your stay.

24-hour Fitness Center Access: Enjoy a range of fitness equipment from free weights to Peloton bikes, and more.
24-hour Business Center: Enjoy access to a self-service business center, equipped with a quiet working space, computers, fax machines, and printers.
In-room Refreshments: Enjoy an equipped room with a Nespresso, bottled water, and tea.
In-room Fitness Equipment: Stay active with in-room fitness equipment, including yoga mats, yoga balls, and more (available upon request).
Chromecast Access: Enjoy seamless in-room pairing technology between your devices and our televisions.
Local and Domestic Long-distance Calls: Stay connected with complimentary local and domestic (US) long-distance phone calls.
Local Newspaper: Stay connected and enjoy access to the local newspaper, available at the Valet stand on the first floor.

What is your cancellation policy for room reservations?

Accepted Answer

Lotte Hotel Seattle upholds a 24-hour cancellation policy and all reservations are non-transferable. Please arrange cancellations by 3:00 pm (local time) one day prior to arrival to avoid payment of one night's room and taxes. Guests are asked to retain their hotel-issued cancellation number in the event they are unable to stay with us.
*Cancellation policy may vary based on booked packages, promotions, or discounts.

How much is your incidental deposit?

Accepted Answer

An incidental deposit of $100 per night will be authorized upon check-in, along with your room and tax. Assuming there are no additional charges, the incidental deposit will be released after checking out and may take 3 to 5 business days to reflect on your credit card.

Can I request a rollaway bed?

Accepted Answer

Yes, rollaway beds are free of charge and available upon request. Rollaway beds can be placed in suites and guest rooms with king beds. We cannot accommodate a rollaway bed in rooms that are already furnished with two beds. A $75 per person charge applies to additional room occupants, aged 12 and up.

Does the hotel offer connecting rooms?

Connecting rooms are available with specific room categories. We will do everything we can to honor requests for connecting rooms, based on availability.

How can I pay for someone else's room?

Accepted Answer

Any guest requesting to pay the room, tax or all charges for a guest is required to fill out our online credit card authorization form, which can be offered through the Reservations office at the time of booking. Please email reservations@lottehotelseattle.com

Can I send an amenity to a guest room?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all amenity requests are handled by the hotel's Concierge and Guest Experience Departments. Please email Concierge@lottehotelseattle.com

Is Lotte Hotel Seattle a non-smoking hotel?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Lotte Hotel Seattle offers a 100% smoke-free environment for our guests. A fee is applied to the portfolio of guests who smoke in our guest rooms and suites.

Can I film and photograph here?

Accepted Answer

To protect the privacy of our guests, we do not allow any professional photography or videography in the hotel's public spaces without prior written permission from the hotel. For questions regarding photography and videography, please email Marketing@lottehotelseattle.com.

What is the Seattle Tourism Improvement Area (STIA) fee on my reservation?

Lotte Hotel Seattle is part of the Seattle Tourism Improvement Area (STIA), a collection of 70 hotels in Downtown Seattle established to promote Seattle as a destination. The STIA assessment is 2.3% per occupied room per night, effective January 1, 2024.

If you think you may have left something behind during your recent stay, please contact the hotel as soon as possible at front.desk@lottehotelseattle.com. Lost items are kept for 30 days, and if your item is found, we can arrange to return it to you. Please note that a surcharge and shipping costs will apply at your expense.
