What time is check-in/check-out?

Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 12:00 pm.

What type of parking options are available?

We offer valet parking on property and street parking is also available. Valet parking rates are:
1 hour - $18
2 hours - $25
3 hours - $32
4 - 5 hours - $40
5 - 6 hours - $50
6+ hrs and overnight - $72 (standard size cars) and $100 for overnight (oversize cars)

Is the hotel pet-friendly?

Yes, Lotte Hotel Seattle welcomes dogs that weigh under 40 pounds. A pet fee of $100 per stay applies, and includes a dog bed, food and water bowls, waste disposal bags, and dog treats. We offer a Puppy Pampering package with plenty of perks and amenities for your four-legged friend.

What is your pet policy?

LOTTE HOTEL SEATTLE is delighted to welcome you and your canine traveling companion! For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly request that all pet owners act responsibly, following the hotel’s pet policy listed below.

  • A one-time pet fee of $100 will be applied towards your stay.
  • Your dog(s) should be under our weight-limit of 40lbs.
  • Your dog(s) should be leashed at all times in the hotel’s public areas.
  • Dog(s) are not allowed in our food & beverage outlets or spa & fitness center areas.
  • Guests should not leave their dog(s) unattended in the guest room.
  • Guests are responsible for pet waste clean-up inside the hotel and throughout the property grounds.
  • Guests are responsible for all personal injuries and/or property damage related to their dog(s).
  • Guests agree to indemnify LOTTE HOTEL SEATTLE, its operators, owners and respective affiliates, for all liability and/or damage suffered as a result of their dog(s).
  • LOTTE HOTEL SEATTLE reserves the right to take any necessary action with guests if dog(s) are noisy or disruptive to other guests in the hotel.

What is the Urban Experience Fee?

Urban Experience Fee is $25 USD per room, per night (plus tax). Fee includes access to our Fitness Center, Business Center, Wi-Fi, and refreshments in guest room (bottled water, tea, and Nespresso).

What is your cancellation policy for room reservation?

Lotte Hotel Seattle upholds a 24-hour cancellation policy and all reservations are non-transferable. Please arrange cancellations by 3:00 pm (local time) one day prior to arrival to avoid payment of one night's room and taxes. Guests are asked to retain their hotel issued cancellation number in the event they are unable to stay with us.

How much is your incidental deposit?

An incidental deposit of $100 per night will be authorized upon checking-in along with you room & tax. Assuming there are no additional charges, the incidental deposit will be released after checking-out and it may take 3 to 5 business days to reflect on your credit card.

What is the cost to add a rollaway bed?

Rollaway beds are free of charge and available based upon request, however there is a $75 per adult (ages 12 and up) for every additional occupant. Rollaway beds can only be placed in suites and guest rooms with king beds. We cannot accommodate a rollaway bed in rooms that are already furnished with two beds.

Does the hotel offer connecting rooms?

Connecting rooms are available with specific room categories. We will do everything to honor requests for connecting rooms based on availability.

How can I pay for someone else's room?

Any guest requesting to pay the room, tax or all charges for a guest is required to fill out our online credit card authorization form, which can be offered through the Reservations office at the time of booking. Please email Reservations@lottehotelseattle.com

Can I send an amenity to a guest room?

Yes, all amenity requests are handled by the hotel's Concierge and Guest Experience Departments. Please email Concierge@lottehotelseattle.com

Is Lotte Hotel Seattle a non-smoking hotel?

Yes, Lotte Hotel Seattle offers a 100% smoke-free environment for our guests. A fee is applied to the portfolio of guests who smoke in our guest rooms and suites.

Can I film and photograph here?

In order to protect the privacy of our guests, we do not allow any professional photography or videography in the hotel's public spaces without prior written permission from the hotel.

Do you offer a house car?

From June 1st to August 31st, from 9am to 6pm, we are delighted to offer a complimentary car service (drop-off only) on a first-come, first-served basis for all in-house guests. Service is available within a two-mile radius, and does not include cruise-ship terminals or stadiums during sports events and concerts.
