네, 롯데 호텔 시애틀은 18kg 미만의 반려견을 환영합니다. 애견 침대, 음식 및 물 그릇, 쓰레기 봉투 및 애견 간식을 포함한 반려동물 요금은 숙박당 USD 100입니다. 반려견을 위한 다양한 특전과 편의 시설이 포함된 애견 케어 패키지를 제공합니다.

• 숙박 시 $100의 반려동물 요금이 1회 부과됩니다.
• 반려견은 체중 제한인 미만이어야 합니다.
• 호텔의 공공 장소에서는 항상 반려견을 목줄로 묶어야 합니다.
• 식당, 스파, 피트니스 센터 구역에는 반려견을 동반하실 수 없습니다.
• 객실에 반려견을 방치해 두시면 안 됩니다.
• 투숙객은 호텔과 숙소 전역에서 애완동물 배설물을 청소할 책임이 있습니다.
• 반려견과 관련된 모든 부상 및/또는 재산 피해에 대한 책임은 투숙객에게 있습니다.
• 투숙객은 롯데 호텔 시애틀, 그 운영자, 소유자 및 각 계열사가 반려견으로 인해 발생하는 모든 책임 및/또는 피해에 대해 책임질 의무가 없음에 동의합니다.
• 롯데 호텔 시애틀은 반려견이 호텔의 다른 투숙객에게 시끄럽거나 방해가 되는 경우 필요한 조치를 취할 수 있는 권리를 보유합니다.

Urban Experience Fee is $25 USD per room, per night (plus tax). The fee includes access to an array of thoughtful amenities to elevate your stay.

롯데 호텔 시애틀은 24시간 취소 정책을 시행하고 있으며 모든 예약은 양도가 불가능합니다. 1박 숙박비와 세금을 내지 않으려면 도착 하루 전 오후 3시 (현지 시간)까지 취소하세요. 숙박할 수 없는 경우를 대비하여 호텔에서 발급한 취소 번호를 보관해 두시기 바랍니다.

An incidental deposit of $100 per night will be authorized upon checking-in along with you room & tax. Assuming there are no additional charges, the incidental deposit will be released after checking-out and it may take 3 to 5 business days to reflect on your credit card.

Rollaway beds are free of charge and available based upon request, however there is a $75 per adult (ages 12 and up) for every additional occupant. Rollaway beds can only be placed in suites and guest rooms with king beds. We cannot accommodate a rollaway bed in rooms that are already furnished with two beds.

Connecting rooms are available with specific room categories. We will do everything to honor requests for connecting rooms based on availability.

Any guest requesting to pay the room, tax or all charges for a guest is required to fill out our online credit card authorization form, which can be offered through the Reservations office at the time of booking. Please email Reservations@lottehotelseattle.com

Yes, Lotte Hotel Seattle offers a 100% smoke-free environment for our guests. A fee is applied to the portfolio of guests who smoke in our guest rooms and suites.

In order to protect the privacy of our guests, we do not allow any professional photography or videography in the hotel's public spaces without prior written permission from the hotel.

The Lotte Hotel Seattle is part of the Seattle Tourism Improvement Area (STIA), a collection of 70 hotels in Downtown Seattle established to promote Seattle as a destination. The STIA assessment will be updated from $4 per occupied room per night to 2.3% per occupied room per night starting January 1st, 2024.

All existing reservations booked after January 1st, 2024 will be subject to this STIA fee change.
